UAE Drivers Get Relief at the Pumps as Petrol Prices Drop for November

Fuel costs see a significant decrease across all categories, with diesel also becoming cheaper for the month.

The UAE has announced a welcome decrease in fuel prices for November 2025, offering relief to motorists after an increase the previous month. The new rates, released on Friday, will come into effect on November 1.

The price of Super 98 petrol, the most commonly used fuel in the country, will fall to Dh2.63 per litre from October’s rate of Dh2.77. This continues the trend of monthly price adjustments that align local costs with the global oil market.

Here is the full breakdown of the new November 2025 fuel prices:

    • Super 98 Petrol: Dh2.63 per litre (down from Dh2.77 in October)
    • Special 95 Petrol: Dh2.51 per litre (down from Dh2.66)
    • E-Plus 91 Petrol: Dh2.44 per litre (down from Dh2.58)
    • Diesel: Dh2.67 per litre (down from Dh2.71)

The downward revision provides a reprieve for both individual drivers and the transportation and logistics sectors, with diesel prices also seeing a reduction.

The UAE government deregulated petrol prices in 2015, moving away from a heavily subsidised model. This mechanism allows prices to fluctuate monthly in line with international averages, ensuring the domestic market reflects global energy trends.
