New Dubai and Abu Dhabi facilities to host over 100 Zoho and ManageEngine solutions with government-grade security certifications, supporting Vision 2030 targets.
DUBAI – Global technology firm Zoho Corporation has launched its first UAE data centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, marking a major step in its Dh100 million investment commitment to the region announced in 2023.
The new sovereign data infrastructure will host over 100 cloud solutions from Zoho’s two key brands: Zoho, offering business applications, and ManageEngine, specializing in enterprise IT management. The move is designed to give UAE businesses and government entities greater data control, enhanced security, and compliance with local regulations.
“This strengthens data sovereignty and supports the National Cybersecurity Agenda,” said Shailesh Davey, Co-founder and CEO of Zoho Corporation. “It enables organizations of all sizes to adopt cloud technology for digital transformation, aligning with initiatives like Dubai Vision 2030.”
The facilities have received the CSP Security Standard Certificate from the Dubai Electronic Security Center (DESC), authorizing Zoho to serve government and semi-government entities. The data centres also comply with international standards including ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 27017, and CSA STAR Level 2.
The launch follows strong growth for Zoho in the UAE, where the company reported a 38.7% increase in business in 2025. Its workforce grew by 35% last year, and its partner network expanded by 29%. Key drivers include Zoho’s Customer Experience platform, Zoho Books, and the low-code Creator platform.
ManageEngine also reported 20% growth in the UAE in 2025, fueled by demand in banking, government, and manufacturing sectors. Cloud adoption for its solutions grew nearly 35% in the region.
Hyther Nizam, President of Zoho MEA, confirmed plans for further local hiring, particularly for data centre operations and compliance roles. Over the past five years, Zoho has invested Dh80 million in the UAE, supporting digital transformation for more than 7,000 businesses.
